expertise is in defining of Business Requirements for software projects. I
have worked as a Business Analyst, Requirements Writer, Team Lead, Project
Manager, Trainer, and Facilities Process Engineer. I am industry neutral and
do well with large reverse engineering or build-from-scratch applications. I
do best in a high performance, low bureaucracy team environment where
deployable well commented working code in the fastest time to market is the preferred
mindset (agile methodology).

(this grew to be called the largest corporate intranet in existence at the
time).

(Peace Anubis). Duties included establishing and monitoring the program
schedule, budget and quality performance, implementation of corrective
changes as needed and coordinating development and submittal of proposals
for new projects. Also led process improvement teams as needed and managed
several of the major subcontractors. In 1990, headed the manufacturing
planning and proposal team for the US DoD's Brilliant Pebbles Concept
Development Program (part of the "Star Wars" initiatives) for
it's six month duration. Also, implemented email and file sharing to
improve communication (it was new technology then).
