Duties included establishing and monitoring the program schedule, budget and quality performance, implementation of corrective changes as needed and coordinating development and submittal of proposals for new projects. Also led process improvement teams as needed and managed several of the major subcontractors. In 1990, headed the manufacturing planning and proposal team for the US DoD's Brilliant Pebbles Concept Development Program (part of the "Star Wars" initiatives) for it's six month duration. Also, implemented email and file sharing to improve communication (it was new technology then).
